DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Unikorn.co.uk aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, so you will need to ensure that someone will be available at your delivery address to accept the goods.
This delivery policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our postage and packaging prices are priced on the weight and size of your order. which will be calculated when you check out.
All orders will be 2nd class and signed for and sent via Royal Mail.
Standard deliveries are usually made within 3-5 working days from dispatch unless advised otherwise.
Rest of the World Delivery
Standard deliveries are usually made within 3-10 working days from dispatch unless advised otherwise.
Orders placed before 2.00pm UK Time Monday-Friday are usually dispatched on the same day, whilst those placed after 2.00pm UK Time, weekends, or public holidays, will be sent out on the next working day. Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will contact you within 24 hours of the order being received if there is problem preventing us from dispatching your order.
Outside UK Delivery
unikorn.co.uk does not charge any customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Unikorn. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with Unikorn.
We must be notified of any undelivered parcels within 14 days for UK deliveries, and 28 days for non-UK deliveries of placing an order. If this is the case, you can Contact Us here, and a member of our dispatch team will be in contact within 24 hours to inform you of the situation.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it by 10 days of dispatch date (found on invoice) for an exchange or refund for that item. Please note that this does not include postage costs,
At unikorn.co.uk, we refund any item kept in its original condition, including packaging and labels/swing tags. Please note that you can not return the following items:
Earings, any body jewellery, tights, hair dye, underwear and smoking products.
Please ensure goods remain undamaged in transit to our warehouse, and that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
